Privacy is a very serious matter for It's Mine!usa. It is true
that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact
information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and
method of payment. All required information is kept internally and
is never shared with third parties.
Return Policy
We stand behind the products that we sell. They have been thoroughly tested by families all over the world and we use them ourselves! Because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns unless an item can be shown to be faulty. In this (unlikely!) instance, we ask that you return the unused portion of your label packets for testing within 7 days of receiving your order to enable a refund to be processed. Please let us know the reason for your return so we can serve you better in the future.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, we will gladly replace that item at no further expense to you.
We will only able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed (so you need to be quick!). In this instance, we can refund you the purchase amount less a $5 administrative fee.
